Wall Street edged higher on Tuesday

MarketWrap: Wall Street edged higher on Tuesday as increases for the tech and modern areas countered shortcoming in auto and vitality stocks and financial specialists processed an overwhelming day of profit reports. The DJIA rose 36.43 focuses, or 0.17%, to 20,949.89, the S&P 500 increased 2.83 focuses, or 0.12%, to 2,391.16 and the Nasdaq included 3.76 focuses, or 0.06%, to 6,095.37. - Reuters
