December palm oil stocks up 0.15 pct to 1.67 mln tonnes

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's aggregate palm oil stocks in December 2016 increased 0.15 for every penny to 1.67 million tons against 1.66 million tons in November. 

In an announcement yesterday, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) said rough palm oil (CPO) stocks fell by 2.26 for each penny to 876,647 tons in December from 896,936 already. It said the loads of handled palm oil enhanced by 2.99 for each penny to 788,741 tons in December versus 765,875 tons in November. 

On creation, it stated, December CPO yield declined to 1.47 million tons from 1.57 million tons in November. Palm bit yield slipped to 346,520 tons in December contrasted and 365,729 tons in November, it said. 

On fare, the board stated, the offtake of biodiesel in December declined to 55 tons versus 13,568 tons in November while palm oil slipped to 1.27 million tons contrasted and 1.37 million tons in November.  MPOB said palm bit oil send out rose to 78,818 tons from 74,772 tons in November.  Palm part cake send out facilitated to 195,855 tons in December from 196,582 tons in November yet oleochemicals enhanced to 223,835 tons from 218,769 tons in November, it said.
